A garlic lovers dream, this dressing can enhance any salad or protein.
I made a version of this dressing when I was a caterer and paired it with my version of a “Buddha” Bowl. There’s a reason these are so popular- they’re delicious and nutritious. These types of salads are very customizable which is one reason I love them so. You can build them based on what you have in the fridge or what’s on sale or in season.
Orange Garlic-Tahini Dressing
In a food processor combine,
6-8 cloves of garlic
1 cup tahini
4 tbsp mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp dijon
1-4 tsp sriracha
3 tbsp maple syrup
Juice of 3 oranges or 2 lemons
1/8 cup of water
Salt and Pepper to taste
This recipe fills a 16oz mason jar and will last a few weeks in the fridge.
