Blueberry Peach Ginger Smoothie
I always sneak ginger in our smoothies and usually try to incorporate celery, kale or spinach for my 3 year old who obviously refuses to eat most of anything that resembles a vegetable. Classic. He’ll get there, but until then, I will continue to hide his vegetables in his smoothies.
In your blender combine,
1/3 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 peach (I cut and freeze peaches ahead of time)
1 banana
1 knob of ginger, peeled
1 container of vanilla fibre yogurt
1 celery stalk
1/4 cup orange or tropical juice
750mL of water
