Overnight Quinoa Cottage Jars
Fresh, adaptable, nutrient-dense and easy to assemble!
Host your favourite ingredients atop quinoa and cottage cheese!
Serve them in a bowl or mason jars for the ultimate meal prep breakfast!
This version suggests my favourite toppings, but it’s a perfect “use what you have” base recipe!
Overnight Quinoa Cottage Jars
1/4 cup, Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup, Quinoa, cooked
1/4 cup, Snap Peas, Strawberries, or Peaches - chopped
1/4 cup, Cucumber - chopped
2 tbsp, Toasted Sunflower or Pumpkin Seeds
1 tsp, Balsamic Vinegar (opt)
1 tbsp, Jalapeno Peppers, thinly sliced (opt)
Salt, Pepper and Chili flake
Light drizzle of olive oil
