Combat Carrot-Mango Smoothie
Another day combating colds; another day to make a smoothie.
I particularly love this version because I let my senses and ingredient knowledge guide me. It's silky, blissful and like all smoothies: simple and nutrient dense. Here is what you need in your blender.
Ingredients
1 carrot, peeled and chopped
1 cup of frozen mango
1/4 cup oat milk
1/2 - 1 cup water
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp fresh, peeled ginger (optional, but recommended)
You will feel so good after drinking this!
