Meals in a Week Ep. 4
Our meals this week - inspired by simplicity! When a busy week is ahead, making a plan, and perhaps a little bit of prep can really go a long way and it doesn’t need to be complicated!
I made a plant-based fridge dump soup for lunches and the featured rotini bean pasta salad which were perfect for evening side dishes.
Bonus: I’ve included the results of some freestyle bread and muffin baking from this week, as well as a great idea to feed the birds in your neighbourhood, on a budget!
